Attendees can enjoy a (15%) discount contracted on spa treatments (not including packages, specials, or merchandise). Your attendees can book their services by either calling our spa booking specialists at 850-622-9595, or book online by visiting, Serenity Spa and Salon Experience | Luxury Spa Treatments, Full-Service Salon. Please have you attendees indicated that they are with CME Beach Retreat | Emerald Coast Medical Group to receive their discount. Discounts will be applied upon check out.
During our conference this year, the available restaurant outlets will be Sandcastles Restaurant which includes the Pizza Bar, Sandcastles Lounge, and Hidashi Sushi. In-Room Dining will also be available. All outdoor restaurants are closed seasonally and Seagar’s will be closed for its annual maintenance and refresh.
Kids Activities for Friday Night
Children’s activities can be arranged if we have enough families interested: So please email Michelle@flmedical.org by October 15th if you are interested in this.
- Hotel Kids Sitting Services – The hotel can provide sitters to watch the children and play camp style games, as well as do crafts and activities. We would keep them all in a ballroom, and the parents would check them both in and out. This type of event requires a minimum of 6 children as well as a minimum of 4 hours. Due to insurance, we are only able to provide services to children ages 5-12 years old.
For children 4 years and under we can hire a sitter company to come in and watch the children.
- The hotel can provide you with a Babysitting company information where the parents can call and schedule their own sitting services. The sitters would keep the children in the guests’ rooms while the parents are gone.
