Georgina leads the Physician Group Services team for Carr, Riggs & Ingram. She is a CPA and CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive). She works with small to medium-sized medical practices of any specialization across the country. She and her team provide traditional accounting services (ie. Bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax preparation and planning, personal financial planning) in addition to preparing financial feasibility assessments for new practice start ups, new service line or device analysis. She also assists medical practices in operational consulting focusing on revenue cycle, staff processes, and healthcare-specific compliance. Georgina prepares insurance and government payer credentialing and contracting applications to enroll providers with payers. Her clients appreciate her ability to implement momentous changes in a friendly and professional manner. Georgina utilizes her strong accounting background and interpersonal skills to identify critical issues and gain buy-in.
